What is the minimum number of tickets needed to qualify as a group?
12. Any inquiries regarding orders of 11 or less should be directed to the Box Office. They can be reached at 952-934-1525 or 800-362-3515.

How do I order tickets?
Give us a call during regular business hours and we will set you up with the best available seats! You can reach us Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm at 952-934-1547 or 800-355-6273. After hours? Feel free to submit a TICKET REQUEST FORM and we will place your order as soon as we return.

When can I reserve my seats?
We can set aside seats up to one year in advance for groups of 12 or more. Sometimes this means that we will not know what show is going to be playing on your performance date. In these cases, we will contact you as soon as the show title is confirmed.

Do I have to pay up front?
We require a 10% deposit within two weeks of placing a reservation in order to guarantee your seats. Final payment will be due three weeks in advance of the performance. This means that you have until approximately four weeks prior to your date to confirm the exact number of seats you will be using. Should you place a ticket order within 6 weeks of a performance, we may ask for full payment at the time of reservation. Special events, such as the Concert Series, may require earlier payment.

What is included in my ticket?
Dinner and show tickets include a meal, the performance, and gratuity for the server. Your meal consists of an entrée selection, a side salad (evening performances only), bread, and your choice of milk, coffee, or tea. You may also opt to include packages that cover additional items for your guests such as desserts, soda, or alcoholic beverages. How much are tickets?
Click on the "Ticket Info" tab to view our current listed prices. These do not include MN State Tax. If you would like an estimate including tax, give our office a call!

My organization is tax exempt. Why is there state tax included on my invoice?
The Minnesota Department of Revenue classifies our tickets as non-qualifying expenses. As such, we are required by law to collect and pay sales tax. If you would like further information, we recommend you visit the Minnesota Department of Revenue website (http://www.revenue.state.mn.us) and refer to the following documents:

What about my bus driver?
We will always provide bus drivers with a complimentary meal and, if there is room, a ticket to the show. If you want to guarantee them a seat for the performance or if you wish to have the bus driver seated with you, you must purchase them a ticket.

Will my guests need to tip the server/s?
No. Groups of 12 or more have gratuity for your server/s built into the ticket price. However, your guests will be responsible for tipping the server for any additional items they may purchase on the day of the performance.

Can I get a refund on my tickets?
We can adjust your final count up to four weeks in advance of your performance so that you are not paying for extra tickets that you don’t need. However, once tickets are paid for in full, they are a final and non-refundable purchase.

What is your bad weather policy?
If weather prohibits your group from attending the theatre, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. (No later than Friday for weekend performances.) We will make every effort to reschedule your group for another performance date without penalty.

Is there an age restriction?
Each new production will have its own age recommendation. However, due to the often lengthy nature of our events, we ask that all patrons be at least 5 years old.
