Reports ToBar Manager
The bartender position is responsible to set up assigned bar, work area for service in a timely manner to ensure our guest a quality experience, and communicate with management and other service staff regarding guest satisfaction.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Set up bar area by opening time.
• Fulfilling drink orders for guests and servers in a fast paced environment.
• Learning our dining room drink menus.
• Keep work area clean and organized during shift.
• Perform closing duties including restocking, cleaning bar area, sweep and mop after every shift.
• Communicate any inquiries, special requests, complaints/compliments to Food & Beverage Manager on duty.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Some experience/knowledge of preparing drinks preferred.
